Three words that encapsulate a long story. Let me tell you about it.

1994. My wife Cinzia and I leave the bar and restaurant business to open the Hotel Niagara in Marotta: a small family hotel in the Marche region.

Three intense years. Perfectionists by nature, we take care of every detail.
Impeccable rooms. Aromas from the kitchen that captivate guests even before they sit down at the table. And accompany them afterwards too.

Three years that teach us an important lesson: the smiles of our guests, their "Thank you, we had a wonderful time," their "We felt like family"change our lives.

San Marco, our hotel by the sea: the real challenge begins

We leave the Niagara Hotel with those words still echoing in our minds.

We know what we want to create: hospitality where you feel at home in the hotel. 2001.

We have a clear vision for the Hotel San Marco in Marotta: to create a family hotel that stands out from the rest. A place that, once discovered, becomes your only choice for beach vacations in the Marche region. Just give us a call: "Hello! Your room is waiting for you, we can't wait to see you again."

All you'd have to do is pick up your phone and dial our number: “Hello, hi! Of course, your room is waiting for you; we can't wait to see you again,” would be the answer on the other end.

Alessandro and Francesco arrive: their adventure begins

Alessandro and Francesco grow up in the rooms of the hotel.

They see us working day and night, coming home exhausted or not coming home at all.

In summer, we live in hotels. Every day, night and day.

Until 2007, they spent their summers at the Hotel San Marco. In winter, they traveled the world: the United States, Australia, New Zealand. Then the children grew up and wanted to find their own way. Their journey began in 2013: together, they took over the Hotel Prestige in Marotta, on the coast.

An experience that shapes them.

But the real change came in 2016: Alessandro opened the Hotel Sole Resort in Marotta di Fano: its spa and sea view make it a real gem.

When you experience such beautiful and intense adventures, you have two choices: either you decide that in order to fulfill yourself, you need to change course completely, or you throw yourself into even more exciting challenges.

While Alessandro continues to work on his Hotel Sole Resort, in 2018 Francesco launches himself into a new project: Casali Marchigiani.

Leaving the Marche coast behind, he decided to devote himself to managing three historic villas nestled in the heart of the countryside of Ostra, a small village in the province of Ancona.

An enchanting place, a new challenge: Palazzo Bello

2020. New verses accompany the new challenge: "This lonely hill has always been dear to me..."

The Hotel Palazzo Bello is born, a residence overlooking the beautiful hills of the Marche region.

Alessandro and Francesco move to Recanati.

The family grows: Alessandro and the dream of the Hotel Spiaggia d'Oro

2023. Alessandro buys the Hotel Spiaggia D'Oro in Marotta.

Bright rooms, terrace overlooking the sea, staff who welcome you with a smile.

Alessandro's dream takes shape: a place where you can feel at home, where every detail is born of passion and dedication.

A new year...a new wish come true! Welcome to Hotel Ruhig

Alessandro never stops.

And here is the Hotel Ruhig: overlooking the sea at Fano, a refuge for those who love the sound of the waves and the tranquility of the Adriatic Riviera. It has grown over the years, but retains its simple spirit.

Alessandro has been managing it since 2025: he brings new energy without changing its soul.

A relaxed seaside atmosphere awaits you: swimming pool, private beach, space to truly unwind.

Tranquility reigns here: we welcome guests aged 10 and above, so that everyone can enjoy the silence of the sea.
